Notice was issued to respondent no.4 vide order dated 13.4.2023 but learned counsel for the petitioners has not taken steps for service upon respondent no.4.
This Court on 11.5.2023 again granted one month time to learned counsel for the petitioners to take steps for service upon respondent no.4.
In spite of repeated directions, till date steps have not been taken by the petitioners.
This habeas corpus petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
