Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as abated.

It is informed by learned A.G.A. that some of the accused have been convicted, who have filed separate appeal bearing Criminal Appeal No.628 of 1999. As we have dismissed this appeal as having abated, therefore, the said appeal filed by other accused shall be listed separately before the appropriate Bench.
