Sri Janardan Prasad Patel, Advocate has filed his power on behalf of the respondents, the same is taken on record.
The parties have agreed upon settlement of this appeal on the following terms and conditions:
i). The respondents shall be entitled to get Rs.2,92,600/- along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of filing of claim petition in full and final satisfaction of their claim from the appellant. This will be in addition to amount already paid.
ii). The amount due as above shall be deposited/paid through cheque within 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order of the Hon'ble Court failing which interest @ 6% per annum shall accrue from such date till payment.
Parties to act as per compromise.
This appeal is disposed of in view of the settlement between the parties.
