It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionist that the revision is filed challenging the order passed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. whereby Rs. 30,000/- was directed to be paid as a one time measure and Rs. 3,000/- be paid from 07.01.2020. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the revisionist is ready to pay the amount, however, some time may be granted so that the amount can be paid.
Learned counsel for the revisionist further submits that the revisionist would also pay the maintenance in respect of future on the dated fixed every month.
Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the revisionist, it is hereby provided that a sum of Rs. 50,000/- shall be paid to the opposite party no.2 within 15 days from today and the remaining amount shall be paid within two months. However, the future maintenance amount shall be paid as directed by the order dated 07.01.2020 of the court below and Rs. 7,000/- as expenses shall also be paid as directed by the court below within 15 days from today. In case, the amount is not deposited, the court below shall be at liberty to proceed with the recovery of the amount. However, in case the amount is deposited, then the court below shall adjourned the recovery if any, issued.
With the aforesaid observation/direction the present revision is disposed of .
