Heard learned counsel for the revisionists and learned AGA for the State.
Learned counsel for the revisionists initially tried to address the Court on the basis of defence documents and submits that the prosecution itself is malafide. He submits that the present prosecution arose out of civil dispute and out of vengeance, the present case has been lodged.
After some argument, learned counsel for the revisionists submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this revision with liberty to file bail application before the court below.
Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the revisionists.
Under the circumstances, the present revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to revisionists to approach the court concerned for bail. In order to enable the revisionists to approach the court concerned for bail, for a period of 15 days, no coercive action shall be taken against the revisionists. In case, the bail application is preferred by the revisionists before the court concerned, the court concerned shall decide the same expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.
