Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the revisionist states that he does not want to prosecute further this revision and it may be dismissed as withdrawn. In this backdrop, the revision is being decided on merits.
The present revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 26.09.2022 passed by learned Special Judge SC/ST Act, Kanpur Nagar on the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. in Session Case No. 577 of 2022 (Chandra Prakash Vs. Mudrika Pathak and others), whereby application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. filed by the revisionist has been rejected.
I, have gone through the judgement and record thoroughly, and found that there is no illegality, irregularity or perversity in the impugned judgment and order. The impugned judgment and order suffers from no illegality and irregularity or any perversity. The revision is devoid of merits.
Accordingly, revision is dismissed.
