The instant criminal revision has been preferred by the revisionist against the impugned judgement and order dated 07.10.2022 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No. 1, Bareilly in Case No. 519 of 2018 (Smt. Sapna Kumar and another vs. Jay Prakash) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Subhash Nagar, District Bareilly whereby the revisionist was directed to pay an amount of Rs. 2000/- per month in favour of opposite party no. 2 and Rs. 1500/- per month to the opposite party no. 3 as maintenance from the date of application.
Learned counsel for the revisionist states that the matter has already been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Allahabad on the basis of certain terms and conditions arrived at between the parties.
