It has been informed by learned counsel for the revisionist that the dispute has been finally settled by the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Allahabad. As per the Mediation Report dated 04.07.2023, the said dispute has been resolved on the condition that husband shall pay an amount of Rs. 27,40,000/- (Rs. Twenty Seven Lakh Forty Thousand only) to the wife. The same has been acknowledged to have been received by opposite party no. 2 (wife).
In view of the submission made by the revisionist and the mediation report available on record, the criminal revision is disposed of.
