In the instant revision, the revisionist has challenged the order dated 08.02.2021 passed by Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Varanasi in Maintenance Case No. 358 of 2020 (Monika and and Another Vs. Mukesh), under Section 125 Cr.P.C. by which an amount of Rs. 5,000/- each was directed to be paid to opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 despite the application for interim maintenance pending disposal.
As the order impugned is an interlocutory order. Hence, the revision is not maintainable.
The revision is, therefore, dismissed.
