Even in the revised call none has appeared for the revisionist, however, learned A.G.A for the State is present.
As per report of Juvenile Justice Board, Gorakhpur, dated 17.03.2023 the revisionist was acquitted by the judgement and order dated 19.01.2017.
The present criminal has become infructuous due to acquittal of the revisionist.
Accordingly the present criminal revision is dismissed as infructuous.
