The present criminal revision has been preferred to set aside the order dated 20.01.2023 passed by Additional District and Session Judge/Special Judge (D.D.A.) Court No. 11, Agra by which the discharge application has been rejected.
After some argument, learned counsel for the revisionist does not want to press the present revision and wants liberty to file bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction.
In view of the above, the present revision is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
