None responds to press this application on behalf of the revisionists.

On perusal of the record it transpires that this revision was preferred with an application under Sections 5 and 14 of the Limitation Act, which was transferred to the Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, Varanasi and the same was rejected on 08.6.1990 and the applicants/revisionists were directed to appear before the Sessions Judge for admission of the criminal revision. It further transpires that being aggrieved the applicants/revisionists have filed a Criminal Misc. Application No. 355 of 1991 and has made a prayer to convert the aforesaid misc. application into a criminal revision.

As per office report no prayer in the memo of revision was made and four copies of the grounds of the revision were not provided to the office. It transpires that applicants / proposed revisionists have never turned-up thereafter to correct the application and never pressed it again.

Hence, this Court is of the considered view that this revision has no force and is liable to be dismissed.

O R D E R

Accordingly, this revision is dismissed and the order dated 08.06.1990 passed by Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, Varanasi, is affirmed.

A copy of this order be sent to the District Judge, Varanasi for keeping it on record.
