Shri Babloo Pant, learned counsel for the revisionist and Shri Karunakar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
Present criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 29.3.2023 passed by Special Judge (POCSO Act)/Additional Sessions Judge, Firozabad by which the application of the revisionist, which has been moved for declaring the revisionist as juvenile, has been rejected and 5.4.2023 has been fixed. The application of the revisionist, which has been filed for declaring him juvenile, is still pending.
After some argument, learned counsel for the revisionist does not want to press the present revision.
Present revision is dismissed at the stage of admission with liberty to file appropriate application before the court of competent jurisdiction.
