Present criminal revision has been preferred to set aside the order dated 9.2.2023 passed by Sessions Judge, Bulandshahr by which the trial court dismissed the discharge application, which has been filed by the revisionist to discharge him under Sections 323, 504, 307, IPC.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the revisionist does not want to press the revision.
Present revision is dismissed as not pressed at the stage of admission.
