Present criminal revision has been preferred to set aside the order dated 24.1.2023 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhansi by which the application under Section 125, Cr.P.C. has been partly allowed and Rs.5,000/- per month has been awarded to opposite party No. 2 from the date of application.
After some argument, learned counsel for the revisionist does not want to press the revision.
The revision is dismissed at the stage of admission.
