The present criminal revision is pending since 25.02.2015 against the order of rejection of bail by Juvenile Justice Board vide order dated 09.12.2014, which has been affirmed by the appellate Court vide judgment and order dated 04.02.2015, at the time of the incident the victim was 16 years old.
The matter is governed by Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000.
