Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions submits that Section 376 I.P.C. has also been added in the impugned F.I.R.
At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not wish to press the present writ petition and that the petitioners would avail the remedy of bail.
Under the circumstances, writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
It is made clear that no other writ petition on the same cause of action would be entertained.
