Vide order dated 19.05.2023 the matter has been referred to the Mediation & Conciliation Center of this Court.
The report of Mediation Centre indicates that neither the petitioner appeared before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre nor he deposited the amount as provided in the order dated 19.05.2023.
The order dated 19.05.2023 is categorical. It provides that the interim order shall cease to operate in case the amount specified therein is not deposited within time.
As a consequence and since the money has not been deposited, the interim order has ceased to operate.
Even otherwise learned counsel for the petitioners not appeared even in the revised counsel.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
