The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the parties have already settled their differences outside the Court and have entered into compromise, which has been reduced in writing.
The petition is disposed of with the observation that the parties may produce the alleged compromise before the Investigating Officer, who shall examine and consider the same and thereafter proceed strictly, in accordance with law.
