The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 07.01.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0012 of 2023 under Section 506 I.P.C, Police Station- Loni Border, District-Gramin (Commissionerate Ghaziabad).
The submission of learned AGA is that charge-sheet has already been filed against the petitioner no.1 while petitioner nos. 2 and 3 have been exonerated.
In view of the statement which has not been disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners. The petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
