The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 07.11.2022 registered as Case Crime No. 577 of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 352, 323, 354-B,120-B IPC, P.S. Jhinjhana, District Shamli and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.
Learned AGA submits that in the present case, charge-sheet no. 72 of 2023, dated 12.03.2023 has been forwarded to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
