Heard Sri Avanish Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State.
This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 6.1.2023 registered as Case Crime no. 10 of 2023, under Section 323, 504, 506, 498-A, 354, 354(Kha) IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Sarnath, District Varuna (Commissionerate Varanasi). Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that a chargesheet has already been submitted.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
