learned AGA for the State respondents.
The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs :-
"(a) Issue a writ,order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to conduct fair investigation in registered as a Case Crime No. 0931 of 2020, Police Station Handia, District Prayagraj, under Section 288, 304A, 337 IPC within a fix period.
(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to immediately arrest the accused person.
(c) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct free and fair investigation in the present matter and also this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to monitor the investigation so as to secure the ends of justice.
(d) Issue such other and further appropriate writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court
may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
(e) Award the cost of the petition."
Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions, submitted that final report no. 116
of 2022 dated 29.09.2022 has been forwarded in the present case.
