The instant writ petition has been filed seeking following relief:
i) Issue a writ, order or direction transferring the investigation of the cases registered against the petitioner to Central Bureau of Investigation or some other specialized agency and to proceed against the guilty persons in accordance with law.
ii) Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.
Learned AGA states that police after investigation has already filed charge-sheet even prior to the filing of the writ petition.
Under the circumstances, the relief prayed for cannot be granted as the investigation is already complete.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
