"(I) Issue a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents no.2 to 3 to produce the progress report before this Hon'ble Court of Case Crime No.0330 of 2022, under Section 302, 307, 504, 506 and 120B IPC, Police Station Shahganj, District Jaunpur.
(II) Issue a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to 3 to conduct the fair investigation and conclude the investigation of Case Crime No.0330 of 2022, under Section 302, 307, 504, 506 and 120B IPC, Police Station Shahganj, District Jaunpur.
(III) Issue a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents no.2 to 3 to transfer the investigation of this case in Case Crime No.0330 of 2022, under Section 302, 307, 504, 506 and 120B IPC, Police Station Shahganj, District Jaunpur to any other competent investigation agency or any other police station of District Jaunpur.
(IV) Issue a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 not to harass the petitioners in this case in C ase Crime No.0330 of 2022, under Section 302, 307, 504, 506 and 120B IPC, Police Station Shahganj, District Jaunpur or pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the favour of petitioners."
The petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
