We find that a writ petition filed by the co-accused namely Narendra Acharya challenging the same first information report has already been dismissed vide order dated 31.10.2022.
Under the circumstances since the impugned first information report has been affirmed in the Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.15088 of 2022 filed by co-accused, a different view is not possible.
Under these circumstances the writ petition fails and dismissed.
