Heard Shri Sandeep Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State/respondent nos.1 to 3 and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has stated that the investigation has been concluded and the police has submitted its report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. i.e. charge sheet in the present case in Court against the petitioners on 21.09.2023, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
