Heard Sri Madan Ji Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
By means of the present petition the petitioner has sought following main prayer:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 and 3 to insure fair investigation in FIR dated mandamus directing the Respondent No.3 to make fair the investigation and conclude the investigating in FIR Dated 21.08.2023 in Case crime No 0481 of 2023 Under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 395, 186, 353, 332, and 427 IPC and Section 3(2)(v)) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 P.S.-Kotwali District- Maharajganj (Annexure No. 1) and conclude the within some stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court."
Learned A.G.A. submits that the police after investigation has submitted the charge sheet on 24.9.2023.
Under these circumstances, the writ petition has rendered infructuous and is accordingly, dismissed .
