Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
By means of the present petition, the petitioners are assailing the legality and validity of the FIR dated 10.08.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 221 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Sarai Inayat, District Prayagraj.
The petitioners are accused for the offences under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. which are bailable in nature.
In the circumstances, in case petitioners appear before the court concerned and apply for bail within ten days, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a week thereafter.
With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of .
