Heard Sri Sanjay Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is informant of the case Crime No. 11 of 2023, under Section 302, 201, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Etawah.
Sri R.K. Rao, learned A.G.A. submitted that after investigation, the police has submitted final report in the matter on 17.09.2023 and thus, writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
