Sri Yogesh Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner was arrested and now he has been bailed out.
Under these circumstances, efficacy of this petition has rendered into nullity and become redundant. No case for quashing of the FIR is made out as it discloses the cognizable offence.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed .
