1 . Heard Sri Nitinjay Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Ratan Singh, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and Sri Upendra Upadhyay, learned counsel for the informant and perused the record.
2 . Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated 30.7.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 0582 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Etah.
3 . After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to them in law.
4 . Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
5 . Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
