Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Mishra learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State.
By means of the present criminal writ petition, the petitioners are assailing the legality and validity of the FIR dated 07.04.2023 registered as case crime no.40 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 504, 323, 313, 406 I.P.C. r/w 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Madanapur, District Deoria.
At the very outset, learned A.G.A. submits that after investigation the police has submitted the charge sheet on 23.05.2023 against all the accused persons and therefore, this writ petition has rendered infructuous and is accordingly, dismissed.
