Gareeb Das, informed that they had seen the appellant and the two coaccused beating and abusing the deceased at 03:00 p.m and going towards the river. Subsequently, the dead body of the deceased was recovered from river Hindon after one month and samples were sent for D.N.A test. On the pointing out of the accused persons, motorcycle, steel tiffin, clothes and slippers of the deceased were recovered. The confessional statement of the appellant and co-accused were also recorded wherein they confessed to the commission of the alleged offence.
