This Appeal under Section 14-A(1) of SC/ST (P.A.) Act, 1989 has been filed against the order dated 20.09.2022, passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST (P.A.) Act, District Hamirpur, passed in Session Case No 704 of 2021 (Kaushilya Vs. Mohit Yadav and others) under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) Da/Dha SC/ST Act, Police Station-Kotwali Maudaha, DistrictHamirpur.
In the Court, learned counsel for the applicants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the applicants want to surrender before the trial court.
The application is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the applicants appear before the trial court within 15 days from today and moves an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773 .
