The informant visited his mother, who told him that the deceased had not come to her. Thereafer, the informant alongwith other villagers started searching his daughter. Search continued the whole night but she could not be traced. It was only in the morning that in the precints of ruins of fort the dead-body of his missing daughter was found. She was naked and had injuries on her face and private parts. It appeared that some unknown miscreant had committed sexual assault on the deceased and then dumped her dead-body in the desolated fort. On the basis of this written report, F.I.R. came to be lodged under Sections 302, 376, 201 I.P.C. as Case Crime No.17 of 1999, at Police Station Eka, District Firozabad. The investigation proceeded and blood-stained and plain earth was recovered from the place of occurrence vide Ext. Ka-7. Various clothes including under-garments were also recovered vide Ext. Ka-8. Police also recovered four pieces of blood-stained bricks vide Ext. Ka-9. Certain hairs were also recovered vide Ext. Ka-10. A piece of cloth, which has been thrust in the mouth of the deceased was also recovered vide Ext. Ka-11.
