This criminal appeal under Section 14-A (1) of SC/ST Act has been filed against the charge sheet dated 21.02.2020, summoning order dated 03.03.2020 and Non Bailable Warrant order dated 20.03.2020 passed in Session Case No. 450 of 2020 (State Vs. Dharmendra and others), Case Crime No. 22 of 2020 under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3 (2) (va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Kotwali, Dehat, District Etah, pending in the court of Special Judge SC/ST Act, Etah, whereby summon the applicant to face the trial.
In the Court, learned counsel for the applicant only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the applicants want to surrender before the trial court.
The application is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the applicant appear before the trial court within 20 days from today and moves an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773 .
