This appeal has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 09.11.2022 and the entire criminal proceedings of Sessions Case No. 951 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime No. 303 of 2020 under Sections 420, 183, 186, 188, 353, 504, 506 IPC and 135 Electricity Act and 3(1)da, 3(1)dha, 3(2) Va SC/ST Act, Police Station Jariya, District Hamirpur.
In the Court, learned counsel for the appellants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as they want to surrender before the trial court.
The appeal is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the applicants appear before the trial court within 15 days from today and move an application before the trial court, the same shall be disposed of as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.
