- The present appeal under Section 374 (2) Cr.P.C has been preferred by the appellant against the judgment and order dated 24.11.2003 passed by A.S.J/F.T.C. Court No.I, Deoria passed in S.T. No.52 of 1990.
- As per the office report dated 28.11.2022, a report of C.J.M., concerned dated 28.10.2022 has been received stating therein that the sole appellant Harihar Singh has died. The said report has been sent after due inquiry.
- This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-appellant Harihar Singh has died.
- In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.
