Present criminal appeal has been preferred under Section 14-A(1) of the SC/ST Act (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 to quash the summoning orders dated 01.09.2022 and 21.12.2022 passed by Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Allahabad in Special Sessions Trial No.340 of 2022 (State of U.P. Vs. Avneesh Kumar Mishra @ Monu & Others), arising out of Case Crime No.243 of 2020, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Ghoorpur, District Prayagraj as well as entire proceedings of the said criminal case.
Present criminal appeal is pending for admission.
After some argument, learned counsel for the appellants submits that he does not want to press the present criminal appeal and the same may be dismissed as not pressed at the stage of admission.
In view of the above, the present criminal appeal is dismissed as not pressed at the stage of admission.
