The present criminal appeal has been preferred under Section 14-A (1) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, to stay and quash the impugned order dated 3.2.2023 passed by Special Judge SC/ST (PA) Act, Kushinagar at Padrauna, and entire proceedings of complaint/W.S.C. No.257 of 2022 (Shilpa Chaudhari Vs. Pradeep Mishra and others) under Sections 323/504/506/354 of I.P.C. and Section 3 (1((r)(s) of SC/ST Act.
Learned Counsel for the appellant does not want to press this appeal.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
