In compliance of the Court order dated 02.08.2023, learned counsel for the appellant has filed certified copy of the compromise deed and the certified copy of the verification order dated 17.05.2023 along with supplementary affidavit, same are kept on record.
As parties have arrived at a compromise and compromise has been verified by the trial court. Certified copy of the compromise deed and certified copy of the verification order passed thereon are placed before this Court. As letter of the Zila Panchayat Adhyaksh is also on record that no compensation was awarded to the victim/informant, hence compromise deed dated 17.05.2023 and verification order passed on the same day are accepted. This compromise deed and verification order passed there on shall form part of the record.
The appeal is hereby allowed on the basis of the compromise.The summoning order dated 06.05.2019 is, thus, set aside .
