On 11.01.2018, this Court, on the basis of connected Criminal Appeal No.1891 of 1982, has observed that only appellant no.3 is surviving as appellant. The present appeal was abated for appellant nos.1, 2, 4 and 5.
As per office report, appellant no.3 Ram Sawanrey has died on 09.02.2021. A detailed report has been submitted by the C.J.M. Siddharth Nagar, which is on record.
In view of above, the present criminal appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as abated.
