In compliance of the order dated 4.2.2021, no leave to appeal application has been filed. On 4.2.2021 last opportunity was granted to file the leave to appeal application. Prior to the order dated 4.2.2021 on 7.1.2021 also time was granted to the State Counsel for filing the application for leave to appeal but no such application has been filed even after passing more than 2 and 1/2 years.
The present appeal is dismissed for want of the leave to appeal application.
