Sri Ram Ashish Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ramesh Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
The present transfer application has been filed to transfer the Complaint Case No.69 of 2008 (Smt. Rekha Devi vs. Mahaveer Prasad and others), under Section 498A, 323, 506 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)/Judicial Magistrate, Bhognipur, Kanpur Dehat to any competent court of Etawa Judgeship.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this transfer application.
Accordingly, this transfer application is dismissed as not pressed.
