Hon'ble Shree Prakash Singh,J.
Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate vide letter dated 20.04.2023 has informed that the sole appellant died. He has also appended the statement of the family members of the deceased including the statement of the Village Pradhan and Sub-Inspector of the Police Station concerned. Along with the aforesaid, he has also appended the death certificate issued by the Registrar (Birth and Death), Gram Panchayat, Uachgaon, wherein the date of death has been shown as 13.12.2021.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the instant appeal of the sole appellant Kashi Ram stands abated.
