- The present appeal under Section 374 (2) Cr.P.C has been preferred by the appellants against the judgment and order dated 16.4.2001 passed byVth Addl. Sessions Judge, Farrukhabad in S.T. No.77 of 1996.

- As per the office report dated 24.7.2023, a report of C.J.M., Kannauj dated 2.4.2019 has been received stating therein that both the appellants Deepak and Harish Chandra have died around 12 years and 6 years back respectively. The said report has been sent after due inquiry.

- This Court has perused the said report which states that both the appellants Deepak and Harish Chandra have died around 12 years and 6 years back respectively.
