As per the office report dated 23.3.2023 which is based on the
report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bareilly, dated 13.6.2022, we find that the appellant has died and also no near relative of the appellant has filed any application for continuing the appeal.
The appeal, therefore, abates and the same is consigned to record.
