It has been submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that appellant no. 1 Pyarum @ Rakesh S/o Ganga Prasad and appellant no. 2 Deepu S/o Mahesh have been released on remission by the State Government on 13.06.2022 and 09.07.2022 respectively. Therefore, the appellants do not want to press the present appeal.
The appeal is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.
We direct that the learned Amicus Curiae be paid her fee as per the rules.
