Heard learned counsel for the appellant, Sri Kuldeep Singh Chahar and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the present criminal appeal is preferred under Section 14(A)(2) against bail rejection order passed by learned Court below. He further submitted that the appeal has now become infructuous as the case concerned has already been decided by the Court below and accused appellant has been acquitted therein.
Accordingly, the criminal appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
